What is CPI?
The Community Partnership Initiative (CPI) is a community led, police department managed, community policing strategy that utilizes best practices from: The Geographic Policing Model, The Department of Justice Community Policing Framework, & Best Practices.
CPI will utilize quantitative and qualitative data to drive our outreach, services and interventions. CPI has three main pillars that will guide the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of its mission to meet the needs of the community. The three main pillars are that it is: Evidence Based, Inclusive, and Collaborative.
